Watch dial

Hello I am looking for a watch dial to be crafted from stainless steel, utilizing a custom design, measuring 40mm and above. This is a precise job and I am expecting an expert with excellent background in watch dial construction to take on this project. I am not looking for something that is ready-made or mass-produced. I’m looking for someone who can paint in enamel or just a substance that will not fade with time.
