Visual artist who can racebend videos/moving images

I'm looking for a talented visual artist to help me racebend videos/moving images. The purpose of the racebending is to increase diversity and representation. Specifically, I'll need the artist to modify a scene of a film to see what the end result would be. I have a vision for what I'm looking for and I'm excited to collaborate with an artist to create something amazing!
