Videos with animated Excel charts

I'm seeking a professional skilled in Adobe After Effects or Davinci Resolve, to regularly create videos featuring animated charts (with a financial news theme). We will provide the charts, voiceover and you will put it together with catchy, high-quality animations.
The charts will be provided in Excel format (or similar), therefore they must be to scale on the videos. Line animations, areas of the chart being highlighted, etc are examples of the animations required.
