Video for a Google Ads campaign

I am looking for a skilled video animator to create a promotional video for my Google Ads campaign to increase brand awareness. The video will have some animations, but also screenshots and recordings of the app itself. The video should be around about 30-40 seconds. I am looking for someone with experience in creating engaging animated videos that effectively communicate a brand's message. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Expertise in video animation software such as Adobe After Effects or Toon Boom Harmony
- Ability to create high-quality, visually appealing animations that capture the essence of my brand and its message
- Experience in working on promotional videos for Google Ads campaigns or similar marketing initiatives
- A portfolio of previous work that showcases their animation skills and ability to create engaging, effective videos
