Video editing - expert in motion graphics, editing, 2D & 3D animation, aftereffects

We have several short videos (promo, instructional & FAQ’s) we have started but now require an expert in motion graphics, editing, 2D & 3D animation, aftereffects etc….
This video is a company promo. Its 73 seconds - We are clearway – Company Promo where we want to bring a more professional appearance and quality feel with some motion graphics being “eye catching” etc… whatever you feel with make it for professional and I catching whilst keeping our original content.
I am open to ideas and would like someone who can bring creative concepts to the table.
The project requires proficiency in 2D and 3D animation, as well as aftereffects. The main focus will be on creating visually appealing motion graphics for the video.
99% of the video is done but we just miss the flare or graphics for people to say – wow that’s a clean/perfect and professional video.
Video 1 – Company promo and it will be a banner on a website
Requirements
• Add flare and be creativity! – we want a excellent video/visual.
• Change the way the text appears and disappears (if you feel it will enhance the video)
• It has music but maybe ad an alterative music which you feel is better.
• Reduce the size of the video but maintain high quality visual.
• Maybe speed it up in parts if you feel its worth it.
We have another 5 videos to be edited so if the is first one goes well it will be more work for you.
