Video creation with German Voiceover

I am in need of a video with German Text WITH FEMALE Voiceover. The video will be a motion animation video for a student, and will have a length of 1-1.5 minutes (one to one and half minute). I already have a script ready, so the ideal candidate will have experience in creating videos based on pre-existing scripts.

Voiceover is from a real human girl. if you can't arrange voiceover, you can use robotic voice for the video creation. after creating the video, I'll arrange the voiceover and then you'll add the voiceover into the video.
