I'm in need of an animator/cartoonist who can craft 5 different 30-second, bright and vibrant animated clips featuring a consistent, family-guy style anchorman character: a talking cartoon frog.
Key project details:
- Each clip should depict the newscaster in a different background, including an indoor studio setup and an urban cityscape.
- Clips should start with a "breaking news" style intro and be suitable for overlaying AI speech to simulate different news stories.
