Very simple HEVC format animations

Hi, I am a new start-up business based in the UK. I'm developing a simple App to support my business. I have designed a very simplistic smiling face, and would like to add this to the App. I need to have these animations made in HEVC format, so that they have a transparent background around them. There are currently 5 animations, but going forward, I'll need to have more made, and maybe more complex so hopefully this will lead to more work then. Many thanks
