Unreal engine 5 | motion grpahic short film | 5min

I am looking for an experienced visual artist, skilled in working with software like Unreal Engine 5, to create a motion graphic short film. The genre should be an sci Fi/future / vaporwave aesthetic , and the desired length is five minutes. I have a general idea but no script at this time, so I will need help developing the script to bring my thoughts to life.
