Unity Animation for Adobe Flash Dragon

I have a dragon artwork created in Adobe Flash that needs to be imported into Unity and animated. The animation style should be similar to AQWorlds, which is a cartoony style.

I require the following animations:
- idle
- run
- attack1
- attack2
- powerful attack
- getHit
- die

The animations do not need to be created with specific frame rates, but they should be compatible with Unity. Sound effects are not needed for this project.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
