Two Simple Animations, but animation principles must be followed

I need someone to create two animations. For me it is important to follow Basic Animation Principles. Animation length is not important and you can animate whatever you prefer.

Animation 1: Must have Anticipation, Squash and Strech Principle (check video below)

Please make animation as simple and possible no need to waste your time. My budget is very limited but this should be quick job.
