Turning standard powerpoint slides into animated slides that can be viewed as an online course

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create an attractive and effective online course. The course will be made out of standard powerpoint slides that need to be transformed into animated slides with extensive animation, complex effects, and interactive elements. I am open to different suggestions for template designs, as I do not have any existing templates. I am ultimately aiming to get an online video course as the final outcome.
