Turn clumbsy PowerPoint animation into something more proffessional and smooth

To turn the animations (done in powerpoint) into something more proffessional that flows more smoothly. These animations are in slides 2-9 and 13 and 14. The zoom in and zoom out need to be much more seemless and smooth to give the idea of a complex vast pattern though still made up of simple geometical compoments (zooming in and out) and the slide 13 and 14 need to be smoother. This could be done by turning these powerpoint animations into video files that I can then embed into a PowerPoint, or indeed the whole thing (including the slides with text on) could be just one MPEG4 or other strandard video file.
