Traditional Carnival Video Background

I have a collection of separate Borborbor carnival performances that will be broadcast together on television. To give the show a polished, unified look, I need every clip to share one custom-designed background built around traditional cultural motifs.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Design a vivid, culturally authentic graphic backdrop that feels true to Borborbor tradition. I don’t have an existing image, so the concept, artwork and final file all come from you.
• Composite that backdrop behind each performance video so the dancers appear naturally situated in the new scene.
• Deliver a full-resolution master for broadcast (HD 1080p), plus individual cleaned-up clips if required.

I’ll supply the raw footage as soon as we start. If any clip needs masking or light color correction to sit well against the artwork, please factor that in. Turnaround is important because the station schedule is tight, so let me know how quickly you can move once you see the files.
