I am looking for a skilled professional to help me with a town planning/platting and animation project for a 160-acre land. The purpose of this project is to create a mixed-use development.

Board Walk,
Community Clubs
For the town planning/platting aspect, I have a few ideas in mind but I am open to suggestions. I would like the plan to include specific features and facilities that will make the development functional and attractive.
As for the animation, I would like it to be at an advanced level. This means it should include people, vehicles, and environmental details to bring the project to life.
