2D Top Down game character and map design

We are working on a small prototype for one of the 2D games. For this game, need one character to be created with a couple of animations like walking. The game is upside down so we will need character to be created in the same perspective.

We also need a simple map for this game as well. We have a reference that will be shared with the selected candidate.

If this is done well then we will need a few more characters in the coming days.
