Telehealth Services Promo Video
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
About us:
Montana Pediatrics is a nonprofit pediatric telehealth service — built by Montana families, for Montana families. We connect parents across the state with trusted pediatric providers for video visits when access to their primary care provider is unavailable. We just launched a rebuilt care platform, and we need a few short videos that introduce it in the same warm, human way our brand always sounds.
The project:
We're looking for a freelancer (or small team) to produce 3 short standalone videos for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn introducing Montana Pediatrics through the perspective of families. Each video should stand alone — a parent should get the point of one video without having seen the others.
The 3 videos:
1. Care when your own PCP isn't available. The problem: same-day appointments are hard to find, and when it's the middle of the night or a weekend, the only options are the ER or waiting it out. The message: Montana Pediatrics is here whenever you need care. Should land as reassurance, not urgency/fear. Think pediatrician in your pocket at all times.
2. The whole visit, start to finish and how simple it actually is. The problem: parents assume a new care platform means account setup hassles, clunky uploads, and a visit that just... ends, with no follow-through. The message: show the entire journey, in real time, start to finish — creating an account in under a minute, uploading a photo or video of the symptom, connecting with a real Montana pediatric provider, getting a visit note in the account afterward, receiving a school note, and that same summary automatically going to the child's PCP so their regular doctor is looped in too. This is the "watch how easy the whole thing is" video — a walkthrough, not just a single moment. It should differentiate clearly from #1 which is about why/when a family needs this option. #2 should be how smooth the experience is once they use it, end to end.
3. Mental health support, from a parent's perspective. The problem: not every challenge is a crisis, but small stuff can quietly build into bigger stuff, and parents often don't know where to bring it. The message: a quick 45–60 minute call with a trained specialist or licensed counselor, led by the child, to name the challenge and map a path forward. Frame clearly as timely and effective support for in-between moments — not a replacement for traditional therapy, but a different kind of help that's easy to access before things escalate.
Tone and style:
Warm, parent-facing, and approachable — never clinical or corporate. Real problems Montana families deal with (spotty rural internet, packed schedules, blended households, care that falls through the cracks) should feel front and center, with the platform as the answer, not the star.
We can provide current screenshots/screen recordings (or access to the platform for yourself to use) and brand assets so the new videos reflect our actual product.
Deliverables
- 3 videos, roughly 15–30 seconds each suitable for Instagram Reels/Facebook/LinkedIn
- Captions/subtitles burned in or provided as a file (many viewers watch muted)
