2D Swordfight Character Animation

I am looking to hire someone for a 2D swordfight animation project. Ideally, the animation should be done in Anime style and be 10 seconds long. The animation will involve a swordfight between 2 characters.

I have a sketch animatic / choreography of the fight provided. I am also providing the character designs.

The animation doesn't have to be cleaned up but should flow nicely and be semi-on-model.
