Super quality motion design 45 seconds

We need an expert / artist to create a superb motion design video of 7 scenes with multiple items on screen (phone / people / monuments...) for a total duration of 45 seconds-ish. The video will promote a tourist mobile app.

Part of the design assets will be provided (graphical chart, logos, phone screen).

Video is also expected to have music.
