Responsibility: To be handled by a 2D animation agency with end-to-end capabilities
1. Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for the full execution of the animation video. The deliverables include:
A. Pre-Production
Review and adapt the client-provided script for animation readiness.
Create a basic storyboard to visualize the sequence of scenes.
Propose 1–2 sample visual styles for client approval.
B. Production
Design of 2D assets (characters, icons, backgrounds) – template-based or semi-custom.
Animate the scenes in sync with the script.
Add transitions, kinetic text, and visual effects.
Include royalty-free background music and sound effects.
Integrate provided voiceover (or suggest a basic VO option if requested within budget).
C. Post-Production
Render the final video in HD (1080p).
Allow for up to two rounds of revisions.
Deliver final video via cloud link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.).

Be responsive, transparent, and open to 2 rounds of revisions.
