Stop Motion Animation: Detective vs Criminal

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create a 15-second (or slightly longer) stop motion animation about a detective catching a criminal. I will provide character designs and references for the detective and the criminal, so the animator's task would mainly be to bring the story to life in an engaging way.
