Steampunk art and animation needed for kiosk screensaver

Hi,
I'm looking for a custom-created mid-1800s Jules Verne era 2D map of the world. In addition to the real world it t will have at least 20 islands and places that don't exist in reality. The map will track a ship around the world in the style of Indian Jones--with a travel trail. On random occasions, little animated events will take place (a storm, a sea monster appears, etc.). Those animated elements will need to be separate files that the program calls to, but blend seamlessly into the map. Would like to be able to add more animations in the future. This will run on a little 5"x7" screen as a small attract loop on a kiosk.
