1. Introduction & Objective
We are seeking quotations from qualified freelancers for the provision of remote in-venue sports presentation, spectator interactivity, and live broadcast graphics for a major national badminton championship.
The objective is to deliver a world-class spectator experience that replicates the production value and prestige of the All England Badminton Open Championships. This includes dynamic LED content, professional broadcast graphics, and audience engagement tools. The freelancer will work remotely, delivering assets and coordinating with the on-site technical team.

2. Scope of Work (Remote Delivery)
The freelancer will be responsible for the following deliverables, executed remotely during the competition days (March 20-22, 2026):
A. In-Venue Sports Presentation (LED Content)
• Digital Athlete Entrance: Design and supply a dramatic custom LED tunnel or entrance graphic for finals and featured matches, including player profile templates (name, age, club/region, ranking/achievements).
• Modular LED Content Package: Design dynamic, themed graphics and motion graphics for perimeter and court-side LED displays, including:
o Live score displays (clean, professional layout).
o Player stat templates (head-to-head, rally length, smash speed).
o Sponsor message rotations (pre-designed slots).
o Crowd engagement prompts ("Make Some Noise!", clap animations).
• Music Curation & SFX: Provide a curated playlist (modern, high-energy) and synchronised sound effects (SFX) files for key moments (aces, match points, player introductions) for the on-site DJ/operator to execute.
B. Spectator Interactivity & Engagement
• Audience Content Display: Set up a platform (e.g., QPix, QVue, or social media aggregator) to showcase fan photos/videos and social media posts (event hashtag) on LED screens in real-time.
• "Light and Music" Show Coordination: Provide a timing script and visual guide for a coordinated spectator flashlight moment during finals to enhance atmosphere.
C. Broadcast & Live Streaming Enhancement (YouTube)
• Graphics & Motion Package: Supply a professional broadcast graphics package branded for the championship, including:
o Lower-thirds (player introductions, sponsor acknowledgements).
o Scorebugs (clean, easy-to-read layout).
o Transition animations (between matches, replays, breaks).
• Data Integration: Design templates for integrating live match data (rally speed, match duration, point-by-point analysis) into the stream for a professional, analytical feel.

3. Freelancer Requirements & Support
• Remote Work: The freelancer will operate from their own location.
• Coordination: Must be available on Anydesk/Zoom/WhatsApp etc during live match hours to troubleshoot, coordinate cueing, or adjust graphics as needed.
• File Delivery: All graphics, playlists, platform links, and instruction guides must be delivered to the on-site technical team by March 18, 2026, for testing and setup.
• On-site Team: The organizing committee will provide a technical team at the venue to implement the freelancer's files and operate all equipment.
