Sony Vegas Animated Title Sequence

I'm looking for an expert in Sony Vegas to create a simple animated titling sequence. The final output should be a .veg file so I can modify the wording after the animation is complete.

Requirements:

- Incorporate these elements from the reference video:
- Text movement style
- Fade-in text
- Animate the middle dividing line to expand to the width of the text
- Use specific fonts that I will provide
