Social Media Motion Graphic Design

Hello Designers!
I am looking to bring on 3-4 motion graphic designers for social media posts to help me with my creative production agency; we are based in NYC, NY.
I need my designers to use professional design applications (not canva) to create & animate posts (motion graphics) that reflect different brand specifications.
When applying please send: 2-3 samples of your social media post animation work, Specify your time zone and available work hours on a daily basis. If I am interested in your samples, I will ask you to do a test post and make a short loom video (about 2 minutes) explaining the software you are using & what you are doing. This test post will be compensated for & will be basically used for gauging your ability and understanding.
I also want to specify that, I am looking for someone who will work with me for a long period of time so relationship building is something I value a lot. Looking forward to meeting with you.
