Snapchat Custom Face filter

Looking to create an animated 2D filter of a custom illustration. The goal is not to see the head of the person behind and have the eyes and mouth animate (maybe the hair as well- I would appreciate a price with or without the hair moving when the head moves). It has to be done using Snapchat studio. Will only give the job to someone who can show previous snapchat works. Many thanks
