Sketch of commercial building for an investment deck

I am looking for a freelancer to create a sketch of a commercial building for an investment deck. The sketch should be highly detailed and in a conceptual style - we have an image of the buildings and would like some additional elements added (trees, bike shed, lights etc - all provided in a list).
