Six Tails animation

I would like to get an animation of a little 2d kitsune (already have a drawing for it) in a gaming room. It starts off showing the kitsune asleep. You see the pc turn on, you see the monitors turn on. You then see starting stream pop up with a 30 second countdown. With a alerting sound affect. You then see the kitsune wake up startled, look at the screen then freak out. You then see him run over to the side, where he puts his clothes on (just looks the same as his normal fur) and he runs back to the pc ready to go, coke in hand, with a smile and a sip from his coke. The stream then counts down 3. 2. 1.

I would like to know how much this cost.
