Simple animation - gif file - to move a truck from right to left in a banner canvas

Just need a banner 798 x 80 - where a truck illustration supplied) moves from left to right off the canvas and loops.
Required as an email header. Would like it ideally to be done in Adobe Animate - with the original AA file sent to me as well for future use if the vehicle needs to be changed.
