Simple One-Page Landing Page

I need a professional-grade, unique, interactive one-page landing with subtle parallax and micro-interactions which works for both desktop and mobile

Requirements:
- Top bar with 5 buttons: Home, About Us, Our Services, Pricing, Contact Us (scroll to sections)
- Maintain current blue/green color scheme and logo
- Subtle parallax effect in the hero section
- Small hover/scroll animations (fade in/out, slide in/out)
- Clean, fast, and mobile-friendly design
- Big “Snipe It” button in the header
- User authentication:
- If not signed in, show quick sign-in, then redirect to /app
- If already signed in, go straight to /app

Ideal Skills:
