I'm looking for a talented animator to create a seamless loop from a static image of a character. The animation should involve the wings and arms with subtle, natural movements, all while maintaining the look of the original artwork. The animation should be done in a cartoonish style and delivered in high resolution (preferably 4K). A version with a transparent background is required as well.
