2D Simple Animation with around 5 seconds of animation

Hello everyone, I'm in charge of the marketing team of a new company, we're starting now our projects, for that, I've decided to create some simple animation 2d animation, with around 5 seconds, nothing too complex. The idea is based on Pixar 3D animation that the Lamp jump on top of the "I" letter, I think everyone has seen this animation on Pixar's movies introductions. Ok, the idea is the following: There's a stick character with a cloud head, It'll fall on top of the letter R, of the word "Dream", the company name, and after that, its cloud head will show our logo.
