Signature Animation with Moving Skyscrapers

I'm looking for an animator to bring my signature to life. The animation involves a background of moving skyscrapers.

Requirements:
- Take my existing signature and animate it so that the skyscrapers move side to side
- Ensure that the logo is seamlessly integrated into the animation

Ideal skills:
- Proficient in animation software
- Experience with logo animation
- Attention to detail
