Short video/ animation creation for campaign launch and elearning purpose

We are launching our new company core values and would like to create short video/ animation illustrating the newly defined core values. The short videos/ animations will be used as part of the campaign launch and subsequently be uploaded onto our elearning platform as a learning resource for existing and new staff. End product will need to be SCORM compliance.
