Short animation of wind related flying debris

Hello I want to create two short animations, 3-5 seconds long, of flying debris from the winds of a hurricane and how this caused damage to a building. I will provide the before and after pictures of the building that were impacted by the wind and still pictures of what we believe was the main thing that caused the damage. Attached is an example of the after image showing the side of a warehouse and a floating dock that we think slammed into the side of the building causing damage. There will be two animations. One for this side of the building and one for a condo area of the building which we think was also damaged by the same floating dock. The animation will be of the floating dock in one of the pictures attached but we also want to show tree branches in the same animation also hitting the windows and side of the building with the floating dock.
