Short animation video -- 2

I want to tell a story in animation video, be it sketch made or however, I'm open to different styles. It is about 4 minutes long about a couple who lives in a house in the sky. I have the script, every scene, all the locations, outfits, characters, everything in photographs. What I'd need is someone to help me turn it into an animation. In short it's a couple who recently moved to a house in the sky. They enjoy the everyday going through different weathers and learning how to handle the wind. At the end, their house takes flight.
