I’m expanding the creative bench at Socialiin and need a sharp video editor who lives and breathes YouTube. Most of the pieces you’ll handle run under five minutes, so tight pacing, clear storytelling and audience-holding retention edits are the heart of the job.
You’ll be cutting footage for several brands across different industries; every brief is unique, but the goal is always the same—hook the viewer in the first seconds and keep them watching to the very end. Mastery of Premiere Pro is essential, and if you prefer DaVinci Resolve or After Effects for certain tasks that’s fine with me. Light motion graphics work is occasionally required, yet narrative flow takes priority over flashy effects.
The workflow is flexible: remote, hybrid or in-studio sessions are all possible, and the commitment can scale from freelance gigs to a full-time seat once we know we’re a great match. Deadlines are firm, feedback is direct, and quick turnarounds are rewarded with more projects.
