Short After Effects Text/Graphic Animation

Hello,
I am looking for someone to create an animation video template for my resume templates that we are selling mainly on Etsy. I am attaching an example of what it should look like.
The final file should be a template, meaning it will be easy for me to go in and do changes without having to do redo the animations. I have about 30 templates currently and I would like to use the same video animation for all of my templates, but just be able to swap out the file that is be used and change text and fonts if needed.
Please show examples of things you may have done that are similar.
Here are the requirements:
* Animate text and resume graphic, as well as additional graphic shapes / elements
* Develop an animation based on the provided script
* Incorporate creative and engaging text and graphic elements
* Deliver a high-quality, polished final product
* Template File, with artwork and text can be changed
* Label Layers, so it is easy to understand and edit
* Colours To Use: Red: (#c30000), Cream (#ffecdc), Black, White.
* Red can be used for headlines, cream or white can be used for background colour)
* Fonts To Use: Gotham (Can be provided) or Montserrat (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Montserrat)
* Aspect ratio: 16:9, 1920x1080 (1080p)
* Video length: 15 seconds maximum
* Audio: None
* Final file: .mp4 and working file
Ideal Abilities:
* Extensive experience with Adobe After Effects
* Previous experience in creating short, text-based animations
* Strong creativity and artistry
* Excellent attention to detail
* Adherence to project deadlines
