Shopify Logo Neon Flicker Animation

I need a small yet polished animation added to my Shopify store: when the page first loads, the logo should “power on” with a subtle neon-style flicker before settling into a steady glow. The store runs on a fully custom, React-driven Shopify theme, so your work has to live cleanly inside Liquid, CSS and vanilla JS files without breaking that setup.

Key points I care about
– The effect must feel premium and restrained, never a harsh strobe.
– It should inherit my existing brand colours (I’ll supply the PNG logo and the palette).
– No heavyweight animation libraries unless you can prove they won’t hurt performance or Core Web Vitals.
– It needs to look crisp on both desktop and mobile.
– Code has to be tidy, well-commented and organised for future maintenance.

Deliverables
1. Liquid, CSS and JS snippets (or a single section) ready to drop into the theme.
2. Any new assets optimised for size.
3. A short README explaining where you placed the code and how to tweak timing or intensity if needed.
