Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 2D Animator/Motion Graphic Artist to craft visually
stunning animations that enhance our comic narratives. This role involves working closely with
writers, illustrators, and editors to bring stories to life through dynamic visuals.
Key Responsibilities
● Create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for comic stories and promotional materials, using AI generated art assets.
● Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design engaging animations.
● Translate scripts and storyboards into compelling visual animations.
● Edit and fine-tune animations based on feedback.
● Ensure consistency with the artistic style and vision of Pratilipi Comics.
● Stay updated with industry trends and apply innovative techniques to projects.
Requirements
● Proficiency in animation and design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe
Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools.
● Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and visual design.
● Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
● Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
● A strong portfolio showcasing your animation and motion graphics work.
Nice to Have
● Experience in comic book illustration or storytelling.
● Knowledge of Indian comic culture and narratives.
● Skills in character animation and rigging.
● Knowledge of AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Kling. Training shall be provided by experts in the team.
