Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Need 2D animation due by May 18th, 2022. by 10 AM
It can be a simple character design that is fully colored and smooth.
The idea I want is a character who had a dream that they time traveled and see what it was like in the traditional world. Back then no technology, mostly traveling by foot, talking to others face to face without being distracted, etc.
Also want the animation done in adobe animate HD quality.
