30-Second Vector Character Animation

I need a skilled 2D animator to create a 30-second cartoonish animation. You'll use a provided vector EPS file.

Requirements:
- Character must interact smoothly with:
- Laptop
- Coffee mug
- Calculator
- Phone
- Documents
- Show efficient multitasking
- Expressive facial and body movements

Character expressions should be happy and energetic.

Ideal skills:
- Proficiency in 2D animation software
- Experience with cartoonish styles
- Strong understanding of character animation and expression
- Smooth, fun animation (not stiff)
- Believable hand/head/facial motions
- Deliver in MP4 (1080p) + source file
