15-Second Animated Video for Traditional Dance Team Promotion

Project Overview:
I’m seeking a skilled animator to create a 15-second black-and-white animated video to promote joining a traditional dance team. The video will end with a 3-second still image. I will provide the necessary photos and an MP3 file of the song.
Important: The price for this project is fixed at €15. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this budget.
Video Scenario:
Scene 1 (Approx. 4 seconds): A young boy, dressed in casual summer clothes (shorts and a t-shirt), is on the deck of a ship, returning from his vacation. In the background, the port of a Greek island is visible (Ph1). The boy appears sad, reflecting his mood after leaving the island. Smooth fade transition to the next scene.
Scene 2 (Approx. 3 seconds): The boy disembarks from the ship, still looking sad. The ship is visible in the background (Ph2). Quick cut to close-up.
Scene 3 (Approx. 2 seconds): A close-up of the boy’s face shows his expression changing from sadness to happiness.
Scene 4 (Approx. 3 seconds): The boy, seen from behind, enters a dance school with an open door (Ph3). Inside, a group of 4-5 people are happily chatting. As the boy enters, the group welcomes him with hugs and high-fives. Above the door, the logo "ΠΛΕΥΣΕΙΣ ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗΣ" is clearly visible.
Final Image (3 seconds): The video ends with a still image (Ph4) that remains on screen for 3 seconds.
