Project Description:
I'm directing a short sci-fi film titled EMILY, set in 2035, where a man interacts with an AI
assistant through a clean, futuristic interface. This UI is more than just visuals — it’s one side
of the film’s emotional core. I’m looking for a motion designer to animate one key scene
showing the first interaction between the man (Elliot) and the AI (Emily).
What You’ll Be Animating:- A chat-style interface in dark mode- Typing bubbles, chat messages, and a résumé generating in real-time- Subtle screen effects (typing dots, pulsing UI, message delivery)- Approximately 30–45 seconds of clean, cinematic UI animation based on a mockup
Style Reference:- Ex Machina, Her, Apple VisionOS UI- Clean sans-serif (Roboto / SF Pro)- Soft blues, greys, and subtle animated touches
You’ll Receive:- Scene 1 script + dialogue- PDF résumé for Elliot- UI reference mockup- Drag-and-drop PNG assets if needed- Timing notes and full creative direction
Deliverables:- Final MP4 or transparent overlay (for editing into the film)- Scene duration: 30–45 seconds- Style: 2035-style chat UI (not skeuomorphic, not game UI)
