2D Sci-Fi Film Animator Needed

I'm in need of a talented animator to bring my 15-minute Sci-Fi film short to life in 2D animation. The film is intended for submission to a prestigious film festival in Phoenix, Arizona.
The animation should embody a unique blend of Western and Anime styles, capturing the intricate details and dynamic movements typical of both.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 2D animation for a 15-minute Sci-Fi film short
- Collaborate with me to understand and execute the desired Western Anime mix style
- Ensure the film adheres to industry standards for film festival submissions
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in 2D animation, particularly in creating film shorts, drawing anime-esque BG artworks and some editing talents
- Deep understanding and appreciation for both Western and Anime styles
- Previous work in the Sci-Fi genre will be an advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Has strong knowledge in Toon Boom Animation, Adobe Effects, Adobe Premiere and Adobe Illustrator (or any programs which have similar functions to those mentioned above)
