25 -SECOND World Map Animation for my membership website URGENT -- 5

I am looking for a skilled animator who can create a 25-second 2D animation for my reactjs script in my membership website. Each member in the website has details such as country, class etc. when a member clicks the button to play the math game, his name should pop up from the specific location in the world map just like the youtube link given below.
