Rocket 3D animation
Budget: €150 – €600 EUR
Freelancer needed for a professionnal/semi-realistic 3D animation of a rocket launch and of a rocket engine test firing. Depending on the results, the partnership could be taken further with the purschase of other animations.
The rocket launch animation would be around 20s and composed of 3 different angle of views (countdown and lift-off, flight, in-space). The model used for the rocket will have minimal complexity (single-stage) with no animation of any mechanisms required. The rocket nozzle exhaust plume will have to look semi-realistic.
The rocket engine test firing will be around 8s and composed of only one angle. It will illustrate engine ignition and engine shut-down, with varying power and exhaust plume. Good experience with fire/jet engine/rocket engine animation is required for the result to look semi-realistic.
Reference for both the launch and the test firing can be provided on request (low quality animation and models). 3D models can be provided. Further inspiration could be taken from SpaceX flight animation.
These two first animation are needed in the next three weeks (May 15). Priority should be given to cool but simple animation and efficient work. If the results are satisfying and on time, a third animation can be ordered (sounding rocket launch).
When applying, please provide exemple and reference of your work (preferrably space or fire-related). Do not hesitate to contact us for further details.
