3D Ring Animation with Three.js

Design and create a scroll-driven animation involving two objects:
• A base static ring (2D) — thin, light-colored, serves as the shape guide
• A filling ring (3D) — volumetric, animated to gradually fill in segments
This animation visualizes the range of agency services: each filled segment represents a specific service, with its description displayed inside the ring. At the end, the ring transforms into a 3D sphere as a conclusion accompanied by a slogan. All transitions are scroll-controlled and support reverse scrolling.
