Rigged animation .vro -- 2

I am looking for an experienced animator to create a .vro rigged/boned animation for a video/motion capture project. This animation will need to be of medium detail and realistic in style. The animator must have prior experience working with rigging and .vro animation software. I already have the animation, i just need it rigged and turned into a .vro file.
