Rig Puppet for Adobe Character Animator

I have two characters created with layers in a .AI (Adobe Illustrator) file format. I need someone to rig the African American character (the one WITH GLASSES ON, to make it easier) in the attached file with Adobe Character Animator so I can then apply recorded video to it and create an animation. ALL I NEED IS ONE PUPPET RIGGED FOR NOW. Pending performance, this could become a recurring gig. That's why I only want you to rig the ONE AFRICAN AMERICAN puppet WITH glasses now, so I can see how you work and then go from there. Thank you!
